These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OfficeCrew website and your engagement of OfficeCrew's office and commercial cleaning services. By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

About Our Services

OfficeCrew provides professional office and commercial cleaning services to businesses across India, including scheduled Daily Office Cleaning and intensive Deep Office Cleaning. The specific tasks included in any engagement depend on the property assessment and the scope of work agreed with you in writing.

Not every task listed on this website is included in every service package. We do not provide services beyond professional cleaning (for example, pest control, hazardous waste handling, or structural repairs) unless explicitly agreed in your quotation.

Quotations and Pricing

The rates shown on this website (currently ₹1.50 per sq. ft. per day for Daily Office Cleaning and ₹9 per sq. ft. per day for Deep Office Cleaning) and any figures produced by the online cost calculator or downloadable PDF estimate are indicative only. They do not constitute a binding quotation, invoice, or offer capable of acceptance.

• Final pricing depends on the measured cleaning area, agreed scope of work, operating schedule, and a property assessment carried out by OfficeCrew
• Deep-cleaning billing frequency (per day, per visit, or per month) will be confirmed in your final quotation
• Applicable taxes, if any, are not included in the estimate figures and will be reflected in your final invoice
• A PDF estimate generated through this website is valid for 30 days from its date of issue, after which rates and availability are subject to reconfirmation

Enquiries and Communication

When you submit the enquiry form, we may contact you by email, phone, or WhatsApp using the details you provide, to discuss your requirements, arrange a site visit, and prepare a formal quotation. By submitting the form, you consent to being contacted through these channels for this purpose.

Service Agreements

No cleaning services will begin until the cleaning area, task list, schedule, access arrangements, and commercial terms have been confirmed in a separate written agreement or purchase order between you and OfficeCrew. These Terms govern your use of the website only and do not, by themselves, create a contract for cleaning services.

Your Responsibilities

When requesting a quotation or engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your property, including area, floors, and washroom count
• Provide safe and reasonable access to the premises for assessment and service delivery
• Inform us of any known hazards, restricted areas, or special handling requirements at the property

Intellectual Property

The content, design, and branding of this website, including the OfficeCrew name and logo, are the property of OfficeCrew and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Estimates and information provided through this website are for general guidance only. OfficeCrew is not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on an indicative estimate that has not been confirmed in a final, signed quotation. Our liability in connection with any confirmed service engagement will be set out in the corresponding service agreement.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or for legal reasons. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of this website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
